Raw traditional cider
Our ciders are made with traditional fabrications, especially with bottled foam and they are not pasteurized
“Brut” is the cider that contains the least residual sugar.
It is very popular at table or as an aperitif (Norman Kir).

The “Half dry” is a little sweeter, ideal compromise between raw and sweet. An interesting intermediary.
